Colleen college admissions consultant Roswell Alpharetta Milton Atlanta

I have worked in and around education my entire adult life. As an undergraduate at the University of Pittsburgh, I majored in English Literature and immediately got my Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree. I taught in private and public education before moving to Georgia in 2011, where I continued to coach and work with students while raising our two daughters with my husband. After several years of pro bono editing student college essays, I switched to private college consulting. I officially began working as an IEC in 2019.

Each year, I visit colleges and universities, attend professional conferences, and pursue continuing education courses. I am a member of IECA, Independent Educational Consultants’ Association, and SACAC, Southern Association for College Admissions Counseling.

I guide students through their college application process in a stress-free environment. I work on essays, resumes, the Common App, interview prep, and help them choose high school courses and extracurriculars while creating their ideal college/university list.

I use a step-by-step guide with my clients to find their ideal college/university fit. Together, we can build your child’s application using their voice to help them find the school where they will thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and professionally.
